This notice explains how Bighorn Environmental Air Quality, doing business as Bighorn Consulting, handles information through bighornhq.com.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. The website's email and phone links open your own email or calling application.
Website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand visits, pages viewed, referring websites, general device and location information, scrolling, downloads and clicks on our contact links. Analytics uses cookies and identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions. A contact click tells us that someone clicked an email or phone link; it does not tell us whether a message was sent or a call was completed.
We do not send the contents of your emails or calls to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this setup. Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites that use its services and its Privacy Policy.
Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow it. Declining leaves the website fully usable. We remember your choice in this browser for six months, unless you clear your browser storage. You can change your choice below or through Analytics preferences in the footer. Turning analytics off stops future collection by our Google Analytics tag and removes its accessible cookies; it does not erase data already collected.
Hosting and site delivery
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, requests and browser details to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the optional Google Analytics setting. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
